New Southeastern Mega-Firm Will Have 3 NC Offices
The recent merger of two powerhouse U.S. law firms has created a Southeastern mega-firm, with a trio of offices in North Carolina.
Nexsen Pruet, based in the Carolinas, is joining forces with Alabama-based Maynard Cooper & Gale. The new firm – which will be known as Maynard Nexsen – will create a law firm with more than 550 lawyers in 23 offices across 10 states—including California, New York and Washington, D.C.
Maynard Nexsen will make its official debut on April 1.
“The merger combines two client-centered firms that will focus on further expansion in high-growth, high-opportunity markets, bolstered by the increased depth and breadth of client service offerings,” according to a press release from the firm.
