You can change your firm name, address or contact information by submitting your request in writing to Lawyers Mutual.

If you are adding an attorney, have the attorney complete and submit an "Additional Lawyer/Supplemental" application, which can be found on our web site under "Policy And Application" section.

If you are removing an attorney, please submit your request in writing (email is fine), giving the name of the attorney and the date he or she was no longer employed with your firm. As a professional courtesy, please send the attorney a copy of this request.
