NCAOC announces go-live date for eCourts File & Serve Track 1 - February 13, 2023
The Odyssey eCourts File and Serve go-live date for the four pilot counties (Wake, Harnett, Lee & Johnston) is rescheduled for Monday, February 13, 2023.
Laura Loyek came to Lawyers Mutual as claims counsel in 2009. Her focus areas include real estate, business litigation, estates and trusts, and bankruptcy. Prior to joining Lawyers Mutual, she practiced with the law firms of Smith Moore and K&L Gates. Laura received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University. Laura serves as President-Elect of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys and Membership Co-Chair for the Insurance Section of the NCBA. She is also an active member of the Real Property Section of the NCBA, the Wake County Bar Association, and Wake Women Attorneys.
