NCAOC announces go-live date for eCourts File & Serve Track 1 - February 13, 2023
The Odyssey eCourts File and Serve go-live date for the four pilot counties (Wake, Harnett, Lee & Johnston) is rescheduled for Monday, February 13, 2023.
Ms. Wortman joined the Eastern Carolina Community Board of Lawyers Mutual in 2014. Ms. Wortman is an attorney in Wilmington with Marshall, Williams and Gorham. Her practice focuses on the advocacy and trial of a broad range of complex civil matters. Ms. Wortman has been an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association, serving as Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division Membership Committee, member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Women In The Profession Committee, and member of the Insurance Law Section Council. She also served on the Board of Directors of the New Hanover County Bar Association. Ms. Wortman is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and was a Wake Law Faculty Scholar at Wake Forest University School of Law. She was named one of North Carolina’s 2011 and 2012 Rising Stars in Business Litigation and was recognized by Best Lawyer’s in America for personal injury-defense litigation in 2015 and 2016.
