Temporary Emergency Video Notarization Law Expires March 1, 2021
Ms. McIlveen joined the Charlotte Area Community Board of Lawyers Mutual in 2016. Ms. McIlveen is a family law attorney with offices in Gastonia, Charlotte and Raleigh. Before forming her family law firm, she focused her practice in litigation with Dean & Gibson in Charlotte. Ms. McIlveen is a frequent author and speaker, and guest on both television and radio.
