Sharon L. Parker

Ms. Parker, a partner with Dameron, Burgin and Parker in Marion, joined the Lawyers Mutual Board in 1999.  Her practice focuses on business law, estate planning and administration, health care law and education law.  Ms. Parker has been extremely active in various bar associations throughout North Carolina, serving on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys.  She has been honored with the Gwyeth B. Davis Award from the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys for outstanding contribution to the promotion of women lawyers and the rights of women under the law.  Ms. Parker has also served as a director and President of Catawba Valley Legal Services.
