Kenneth McAllister

Mr. McAllister joined the Lawyers Mutual Board in 2003.  A former U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of North Carolina and General Counsel and Senior Executive Vice President for Wachovia Bank, Mr. McAllister practices with the McAllister Law Firm in the areas of business and corporate law and litigation, personal injury law and white collar criminal law.  A graduate of the University of North Carolina, where he was a Morehead Scholar, and the Duke University School of Law, Mr. McAllister has served on the Board of Visitors for the University of North Carolina, the Wake Forest University School of Law, and the Duke University School of Law.  In addition to being named to North Carolina's Legal Elite, Mr. McAllister has served on the Governor's Commission on Business Laws and the Economy, the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority, and as a director of the Southeastern Banking Law Institute.
