Say It Write

say it writeMost of us love the convenience of being able to manage our personal and professional lives with the click of a few buttons. Birthday wishes, thank you notes and holiday greetings have been consolidated into Facebook wall posts, E-cards and Instagram collages.

However, there’s nothing like receiving a handwritten note. It’s the time of the year when businesses will be flooding customers with generic holiday greeting cards fresh from their printers. What will you do to set your practice apart?

Handwritten notes speak volumes about your sincerity, service and dedication. Handwritten notes show clients that you value their business. While it will be almost impossible to write a note to everyone while juggling a high volume of clients; it’s important to make sure you show your appreciation.

Develop an attitude of gratitude and make a habit of writing thank you notes to your clients. It only takes a few minutes to write a few words of thanks.

According to a post on Think Entrepreneurship , some benefits of hand written notes include:

  • Loyal clients
  • Increase referrals
  • Help in building great relationships with your clients

Saying thanks can boost your practice. There are many ways to say thank you to your clients, consider doing it the “write” way.
